Changes and returns
At Very Feliz, we understand that it's easy to change your mind, that's why we accept changes in our clothing.

Keep in mind that for your product to be eligible for a change, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In this case, the cost of the courier service to make the change will be at your expense, and it must be done with a professional courier service (for example, FedEx, UPS, Estafeta, etc.). If you live in CDMX, you can come to our store at Marsella 56, Col. Juárez to make your change at no cost.

Once you have received your package, you have 5 days to make your change or return.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that cosmetics, swimwear, and books cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the garment has any factory defects, you just have to send an email as soon as possible to hola@veryfeliz.com, where we will give you more details of the return process. In this case, we will gladly cover the shipping costs.
