Returns & Exchanges
At Very Feliz we understand that it's easy to change your mind, which is why we accept exchanges and returns. In this case, the cost of the courier service will be on your account, and it must be done with a professional parcel service (for example, FedEx, UPS, Estafeta, etc.).
• Once you have received your package, you have 4 days to make returns.
• To make an exchange, you have to place your order again with the correct size or the new product.
• Please keep in mind that cosmetics and books cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If the garment has a factory defect, you just have to send us an email to hola@veryfeliz.com no later than 4 business days after receiving your package. In this case, we will gladly cover the shipping costs.

We do several tests until we get the fabric to be the perfect combination between comfort and softness to achieve a fun look. For us, colors represent emotions, and softness represents hugs.
