At Very Feliz we understand that it is easy to change your mind, that is why we accept changes in our garments.
Please note that for your product to be eligible for exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In this case, the cost of the parcel service to make the change will be your responsibility, and it must be done with a professional parcel service (for example, FedEx, UPS, Estafeta, etc.). If you live in CDMX you can stop by our store at Marsella 56, col Juárez to make your exchange at no cost.

Once you have received your package you have 5 days to make your exchange or return.
- Please note that cosmetics, swimsuits and books cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the garment has a factory defect, you just have to send an email as soon as possible to hola@veryfeliz.com, where we will give you more details of the return process. In this case, we will gladly cover the shipping costs.
